Another part of the public involvement plan for the Council Bluffs Interstate System (CBIS) improvements project is INSIGHT, the newsletter published at key milestones throughout the project. The newsletter provides information to the public about project progress. INSIGHT also serves as an announcement for upcoming public meetings.
