Study Team

The Council Bluffs Interstate System (CBIS) improvements project is being developed by a team of engineers, scientists and planners. Team members include representatives from the state departments of transportation, design consultants and a project advisory committee made up of representatives of various state and local interests. Each project team member is briefly described below.

Iowa Department of Transportation
